新疆理化所进入《2015自然指数·中国》高质量科研产出前200机构
2015年12月，自然出版集团发布增刊《2015自然指数?中国》，全面点评中国科研，包括机构、城市、学科大排名。新葡萄京娱乐场app-澳门葡萄京官方老平台在中国高质量科研产出前200机构中排名第159，成为新疆科研机构和大学唯一上榜的单位。新疆理化所在中科院系统上榜的55家单位中位居43名。
2015年，新疆理化所申请国内发明专利75项、国外发明专利1项，授权国内发明专利57项，专利授权为历史最高；发布地方标准9项、国家标准9项，获得新的突破；申报并获批准App著作权15项；发表各类科技论文150篇，其中SCI收录113篇。
报告显示中国高质量的科研产出在2012年1月至2014年12月期间，增长了37%；相比下，美国同期下降4%。目前，中国对世界高质量科研的总体贡献居全球第二位，仅次于美国。
《自然指数》于2014年11月首次发布，由物理学和生命科学两组科学家筛选出68份自然科学期刊，评选过程体现学者对期刊质量的认知，而非采用影响因子等量化方法。
